Age  Groups:

• Ages 5–6: Jump into the world of footy! AFL Auskick introduces fundamental skills through high-energy games and activities, led by parent volunteers in a fun, zero-pressure environment.

• Ages 7–8: Ready for the next level? As part of the AFL Superkick program, players refine their skills through interactive drills and move into tackle-free, modified match play—the perfect, safe bridge to junior football.

Girls' AFL is absolutely EXPLODING across the nation, and we are here for it!  From little legends to soaring teens, more girls than ever are playingthe game.

Whether you’re a total pro or have never touched a footy in your life, there is a spot for YOU. We’re all about high energy, inclusive vibes, and making sure every single player feels part of the Cats family —it’s about the awesome friendships and having fun

With our Junior and Youth leagues (U9–U17), there is a place for every legend at the Cattery. We’re all about building elite skills, unstoppable teamwork, and—most importantly—lifelong friendships that go way beyond the final siren.

U9,10,11 are all about skills development and learing the game, Rules are modified during these years to help develop each child's skill and understanding of the game.
